4. WhatsApp and Meta

The customer is the controller of their contact data. NextReach processes it on the customer's behalf and, only when the customer uses contact groups in a Status ad, sends hashed phone numbers and emails to Meta under the customer's ad account. Opted-out contacts are never sent, and no contact detail is sent in readable form.
